If you are
returning a CD-ROM that you have ordered from us and you wish to
exchange it or return it, you will need to fill out a returns form.
Before filling out a returns form, please read the following policy
before proceeding.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our software product, refunds are not available to
customers who purchased our software. However, in exceptional cases we
are willing to consider your refund if you are not satisfied with the
product or wish to have your payment refunded. We will only refund your
payment you made (excluding postage and shipping costs) - the amount you
get refunded is solely at the discretion of management of 128 Concepts.
Some additional administration costs may incur so you may or may not get
the full refund amount.
Exchanging Goods
Goods may be exchanged under our 7 days exchange policy if and only when
the CD-ROM is found to be defective and is damaged beyond repair. You
must complete a returns form available from our web-site and complete
the details. NOTE: You are responsible for shipping costs for exchange
of goods. All goods returned for exchange will be examined and if deemed
faulty we will send you a replacement CD ROM free of charge.
Please
ensure that you have completed and checked your returns form before
sending it to us. You must also ensure that the items you are
returning are included, as missing items and uncompleted forms will
result in delays in processing. NOTE: You are responsible
for the carriage costs of sending your returns back to 128 Concepts.
You
will be informed by email for the receipt of your return and during the
processing of your claim and we will promptly process your claim as
quickly as possible.
