Your returns will be promptly handled by 128 Concepts as soon as we receive the correct returns items. Failure to send the items in the returns list will delay the exchange of your CD-ROM. No
refunds for the software is permitted due to nature of the product. The software is NOT sold on a sale or return basis. The software can
be exchanged if deemed faulty within the 7 day returns period. After this period
has expired, returns are not permitted. All software are to be returned by the
users expense. Copy of the invoice receipt and Returns Authorisation form MUST
accompany all returns including the CD-ROM. Your statutory rights are not
affected.
