CD-ROM was faulty or software corrupted so installation not possible. This could be an error when the CD-ROM was created for delivery by 128 Concepts.

 

CD-ROM was damaged and unable to insert into your computer; The CD-ROM is physically damaged when order was delivered.

 

Your returns will be promptly handled by 128 Concepts as soon as we receive the correct returns items. Failure to send the items in the returns list will delay the exchange of your CD-ROM.  You are responsible for the postage costs. See Terms and Conditions of Trading in the documentation on the website www.128concepts.com for more details.  Return your completed form and items to the address above.

 

No refunds for the software is permitted due to nature of the product. The software is NOT sold on a sale or return basis. The software can be exchanged if deemed faulty within the 7 day returns period. After this period has expired, returns are not permitted. All software are to be returned by the users expense. Copy of the invoice receipt and Returns Authorisation form MUST accompany all returns including the CD-ROM. Your statutory rights are not affected.
